Nithin wins Best Poster Award at the Shell Scientific Conference 2026

Manuru Nithin Padiyar has received the Best Poster award at the Shell Scientific Conference 2026, Bangalore for his work on Graph Neural Networks for Chemical Mechanism Reduction, co-authored by Priyabrat Dash and Konduri Aditya.

Manuru Nithin Padiyar secured runner-up in the Best Poster award in the Shell Scientific Conference organized by Shell India, Bangalore on 6th October and 7th October, 2026. The poster was titled “Graph Neural Networks for Chemical Mechanism Reduction for Applications in Combustion” and the work was co-authored by Priyabrat Dash (PhD, CDS) and Professor Konduri Aditya (CDS). The work proposes a novel, graph neural network (GNN) based framework to reduce chemical mechanisms. Congratulations to Nithin!
